1. Eligibility for Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing/fit issues.

However, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement (if available) if your item is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will ship a new product at no additional cost (subject to availability).
  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal preference, size issues, or change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.

7. Handmade, Slow-Made & Limited Products Policy

As our products are handpicked, slow-made, and not mass-produced, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine defect or an error from our side.

We kindly request you to double-check all product details, sizes (if applicable), and photos before placing your order, as each piece is curated with intention and limited availability.

8. Handmade & Artisan Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted by small makers. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are part of their uniqueness. These are not considered defects.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at khidkitales@gmail.com or message us on Instagram (@khidkitales) as soon as possible.
  • After 12 hours, your order may already be packed or dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
