  • Currently, we ship across India.
  • International shipping will be introduced soon (details will be updated on our website).

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values (as mentioned on the website).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can use this link to track your order in real time.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time:

    - We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or opened package:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or
  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or multiple failed attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

9. Packaging with Care

Every Khidki Tales package is packed thoughtfully and securely, often by the artists or curators themselves. We believe packaging is not just protection—it’s part of the experience.

If you’d like a handwritten note or gift packaging, simply leave a message at checkout or DM us. We’ll try our best to add a little extra love to your order 🧡

10. Handmade & Artisan Products Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted or sourced from small makers. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and part of their uniqueness. These are not considered defects.
